Can't access Figma? Troubleshoot

If our server says it's up but you can't reach it:
1. Hard refresh — Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies for this site
3. Flush your DNS — ipconfig /flushdns (Windows) or sudo dscacheutil -flushcache (Mac)
4. Switch DNS servers — try 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google)
5. Try another network — phone hotspot, different Wi-Fi, or disable your VPN

Why is Figma not working for me?

If our server reaches Figma but you can't, the problem is usually on your side: a stale DNS cache, a VPN or proxy, your ISP blocking the site, or a browser issue. Try a hard refresh, clear your cache, or load the site on another network. If our server can't reach it either, it's a genuine outage on Figma's side.
